Description
Along the skyline at night, a dark figure could be descried, lurking in wait for any hapless hoodlum to breech the public safety.
On a night like this one criminals and extortionists alike could beware; their every move could hardly but fall under the watchful eye of the city's most notorious carrier of justice, who at one false maneuver of inequity would deliver their swift suppression.
But this particular night there was a greater concern on the minds of the people of the city. An urgent and perilous matter compelled them to call to attention with a signal in the clouds none other than... Timbat.
